Home
What you do is:
1) You hook up your PSP to your Computer, Turn on your PSP and go to "USB Connection"
2) On your Computer, Pres "Open to View Files"
3) When a folder opens, open the folder "PSP" and then open the Folder "GAME"
4) Open the .RAR/.ZIP of the game yo installed and drag the folder inside of the .RAR/.ZIP into the "GAME" folder and There you go!

(This works the same as Non-Signed Games)
