Ok, so what you do is go to this link and download this:

Hook up your PSP to your computer and Open folder to view files, There will be a folder called "PSP"
Open it and inside that folder will be a folder named "GAME" open that, and then that file I had you
install, its a .RAR file, open it and there will be a folder in there, drag it into the GAME folder. now
stay inside the GAME folder. then,
go here:

and press the link that
says "6.39 PSP 1000,2000,3000" and it will download a file called "EBOOT.PBP" open the folder
called "UPDATE" and delete anything that is in there and drag the EBOOT.PBP file you installed.
(if there isnt a folder called "UPDATE" make one. (all caps)
now, go back to your psp and go to the games (where you start you games) and go down to memory
stick and press it and there should be a downgrader thing in there. start it and do what it tells
you and it will downgrade your psp and there you go! now it should be installing the downgrade!
After now you can Get Signed Games!
